Element Acquires On The Mark Accounting

Great things happening at Element! Though 2020 was a year of ups and downs, Element moved forward with resilience and achieved new growth through these challenging times.

With the acquisition of “On the Mark Accounting,” Element added to their existing client base an expansive roster of talented and creative clientele including musicians, recording studios, recording labels, bands, and artists. The agreement was reached after a year-long targeted search by Mark Podhorzer — of On the Mark Accounting. After narrowing down their choice to 4 firms, Element was ultimately selected because of their existing client base of creative professionals and solid understanding of the specific needs of the entertainment industry. The acquisition led to near 200 clients that Element took on with over 93% of existing clients moving forward with them.
