Article: Taking precautions with Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At Element CPA taking care of our clients and our employees is at the center of everything we do. Our firm is already equipped to allow for staff mobility and remote access for our clients as a matter of business policy.

 

• All staff members at Element CPAs are equipped with workstations at their homes that mirror exactly the workstations in our office. This allows for complete staff mobility at all times to maximize work/life balance and prepare our firm to respond to events such as the COVID-19 outbreak.

• All of our clients enjoy remote access to communicate with us through email, video, and to receive and deliver documents through our Element Client Center.

 

To assist in preventing the spread of COVID-19, Element is replacing all face-to-face meetings with phone calls and web meetings until further notice.  Because our professionals generally come in contact with so many of you this time of year, we feel this is the best measure we can take for our staff and clients to maintain good health through this critical time, and to do as much as we can to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. Our employees will be working remotely until we receive information from the appropriate state and federal authorities that confirms the safety of clients and employees once we open our physical doors.  However, we remain fully operational and available through the same channels you are accustomed to using.
